Windows 10: service host windows 10

Hi all slow computer windows 10. it know what it is windows update service host and the one using the most CPU I go in there and disable it then press stop, green band comes across. ....now the computer is faster.... turn it off come back later and its slow again update is back again

Maybe i can explain better.. Dell Inspiron desktop slows down..i open task manager, and look at Processes then look at the several service hosts one is drawing the most CPUs........its the windows update. i delate it and all is fine normal speed. coming back later and turning computer on windows update comes back slowing it down.. its back any suggestions thanks

After re booting after delating updates all seems ok..i will check after a week
