Windows 10: "service not available."

My Win 10 home machine spontaneously put up a screen for me to change browser settings, and I declined to make any changes. Then it wanted me to enter my login email, then password because I was accessing "sensitive information" I wasn't accessing anything, in fact I want all my setting left as they are without any fooling around. But instead of doing anything useful after entering the password I get an "oops, that service is not available" message. This is a loop which has no termination. I can go back one screen, but that one just asks for my email and then my password, over and over. I don't want any service, I just want my computer to operate as normal. What's going on here?

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Location service is greyed out

Sorry for the inconvenience caused for you, I suggest you to try the below troubleshooting steps and check If it helps.

Step 1: Steps to turn on the Location settings.

• Login as an administrator.
• Press Windows key, type Location settings and select
  Change location settings.
• Check whether Location for this device is On by clicking on
  Change.
• Also turn on Location as well.

Step 2: And as you are unable to set the service Geolocation service to automatic, I suggest you to run SFC scan and check.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
