Windows 10: service.notification.exe at startup

Hi, am ZeraI am using Win 8.1 64bit for a long time and there are almost no serious errors. Till this morning, then I open my laptop, everything starting stuck. The whole screen expect my loading mouse become whiter, after about 1-2 min, a service.notification.exe was auto openned and File Explorer was onpenned too. The background and icon still white then all disappeared and change to main color include taskbar. I can't do anything, even my USB ports not working too. I just can force to shut-down and restart to see if it better but still no. At the 3rd startup, everything seem become back

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

R]I ran this batch file, but it did not help (which I understand, because Task Manager > Processes does NOT show WinDates).

I am back to the conclusion that Win 10 can run WinDates manually, but not automatically at startup (via link). If I double-click on the link C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\WinDates.lnk, WinDates opens fine.

My next step will be to run a scan of system files to see if something is corrupt. However, any other suggestions are welcome.

 

Windows Service not running at computer startup / restart.

@Samurai - Thanks for the suggestion, but how does this recommendaiton work with an already existing service? Because the service is already listed in the services list, it just refuses to start when set to "Automatic" when I startup or restart the computer.

By the looks of the "runaservice" download, it will create a whole new service in the services list, as if I don't currently have one.
