    Service outages affecting Outlook.com, Exchange users in Europe


    Office 365 users can can learn more about the Exchange outage by checking the Office 365 admin center and mobile app. For Outlook.com users, you can get updates on the dedicated Twitter account or the Service Health page. The email service is currently affected by two issues, with some users struggling to connect to Outlook.com and others not being able to receive and send emails.

    We're listening, I promise! Service outages affecting Outlook.com, Exchange users in Europe :)

    Are you all still running into this error? It would seem that this may have been a transient issue caused by a temporary outage with the Outlook.com services. When in doubt, you can go to
    Web Server's Default Page, then sign-in, and see if there are any existing (or historical) outages that may be affecting you.

    Do let us know if you are continue to hit any errors, and what those errors are.

    Some of you might be experience service outage on Instagram please note the IG technicians are working on the issue, it is not only affecting Windowsphone users but it is a server problem on their side they have posted on twitter and other networks
