    I am trying to get my surface 6 pro upgraded to Windows 11 pro from windows 10 pro. I have checked updates and it says it is up to date. There is no "upgrade to windows 11" message presented. I have run the troubleshooter and it says everything is fine. I tried to open a support request but I get the "Service request 7045813459 is not owned by you." Error. It seems I have to sign in every time even though I choose keep me signed in. Is there a .msi file I can get to install
