Windows 10: Services and controller app causing frame rate to drop significantly while gaming

I play different games on my pc, and I often spend hours to couple of days to weeks optimising the graphic settings to reach 99% GPU and CPU usage sustained with acceptable frame rates of 60FPS or worst case 45FPS, with utmost priority to visual fidelity. I have been playing this game called Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for the last year, clocked in more than 370 hours countless more optimising the game to the last % of resource and processing power all while getting a steady 60FPS that’s limited to 55FPS just to give some headroom for the system to breath. Game frame drop

When I play a game for 20 minutes or less, my frame rate drops to 1-10 fps and I have to restart the game. I'm not sure what's causing this (counter strike global offensive)

 

Frame rate drop in windows phone 8???

Hi,

I created a Game and It lacks the frame rate. Even I reduced the texture rates and Shader
But still the game is in the frame rate drop.

How could i solve. Is that anyway to fix it in VS2012 for Windows Phone. ????

 

frame rate drop in every game

I ran stress test for basically everything of my pc and they are working as they should be in streets test. However, frame rate drop occurs in every game.

CPU:I7-7700

GPU:GTX 1070

Ram: 16GB 2400 MHz

I upgraded driver and still. Any idea will be nice. Thank you.
