Windows 10: Services stopped automatically

In my Windows Server 2016 Standard Microsoft iSCSI Initiator Services are stopped automatically .what is the cause for this?Even though I manually restarting those services, after some time those services are stopped automatically.

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Turn off windows defender and alerts and stop service

Follow these steps to start Windows Defender Service:

• Open Run command box by pressing Windows Key + R.
• Double-click the Windows Defender service, and then in the Startup type box, click
  Automatic.
• Click OK.

If it is already set to Automatic, then stop the service and
start again.
