Windows 10: Servicing Stack 10.0.19041.1220

Hi,I installed this Servicing Stack Update last September 2021 and since then have been unable to send a scan request to my printer Kyocera. Kyocera engineers have looked at my set up and are unable to resolve the scan issue. The printer's IP address is visible on all network settings but will not communicate with my desktop.In an effort to resolve this problem, I set out to uninstall all updates back to September. I now read that Servicing Stack Updates once installed cannot be removed from the system. This places me in an unacceptable position as I seem faced with the choice of purchasin

Hi Neville,

Servicing stack updates are not listed in the Update History. A workaround is to install the newest cumulative update, which requires your device to have the latest servicing stack update Installed. If it says the update is not applicable provided it is for
your version and architecture, it probably would mean you do not have the latest SSU.
