    The link wouldn't open, says it requires IE 6 or later [I have IE11], of course it wouldn't open with Firefox, and to cap it off it wouldn't open in Edge, said it needed IE.

    I suggest to apply both the Cumulative update as of September 20 2016 and Servicing stack update as of August 23 2016. These updates include improvements and fixes in the functionality of Windows 10 as well as the 1607 servicing stack. For further information,
    you may refer to
    KB3176936     and
    KB3189866    .

    It's just an image I found on the Internet showing KB3176936 since my non-Insider VM went south on me. I would imagine it wasn't fully up to date.
