Windows 10: "Set as metered connection" setting doesn't work in Windows 2019

HelloI have a PC with Windows 2019 Essentials installed. I try to set my network connection as metered connection in the PC settings, but it doesn't work. When I enter in the properties of my current network, I turn on the option through the slide correctly. But if I enter in my network properties again, it is still turned off. I tried to do this with Administrator privilegies, but it is the same. Does anyone know what is happening???Thank you

Setting a metered connection for Ethernet?

in this steps

4. Change the owner of the DefaultMediaCost registry key in the left pane to be the Administrators group. (see screenshot below step 3)

5. Set permissions of the DefaultMediaCost registry key in the left pane to "Allow" the Administrators group "Full control". (see screenshot below step 3)

6. Change the owner of the DefaultMediaCost registry key in the left pane back to the default NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller. (see screenshot below step 3)

You may try the steps below and check.

To set a Wi-Fi network connection as metered:

• Select Start > Settings > Network & Internet
  > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
• Select the Wi-Fi network > Properties > turn on Set as metered connection
