Windows 10: set clock in lower right to 24hr format

Discus and support set clock in lower right to 24hr format in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; how to set the clock in lower right to 24hr clock.     Windows 10 opening screen from 12hour clock to 24hour clock

    No... I know about this and have 24hr clock elsewhere BUT I want the opening screen of Windows 10, BEFORE I SIGN IN, to show the time in 24hr format. My whole system is 24hr but the opening screen shows time in 12hr format which I don't like.

    Hope this explains what I mean.

    24hr. Clock - Don't Like - Help

    I'm using the Blackjack 2 with the Samsung Popup home screen. I'm also assuming the my WM6 setting are in Regional Settings is correct. In other words, I don't have the 24hr. format chosen. My problem is within the popup home screen appointments field,
    all of my scheduled events thats sync'ed from my Outlook use 24hr. format. Does anyone know what I can do to make it use standard time format?

    Cortana doesn't understand 24hr clocks

    I am UK and use 24hr clocks. I ask (typing)

    "Alarm at 2200"

    and this phases Cortana (you would think with her Halo background she would understand!)

    She knows I want an alarm, but she can't figure out the time. I then have to enter a time. This is really simple, please fix this for the rest of the world who understand 24hr clocks!
