Windows 10: set outlook as default email by mistake

Discus and support set outlook as default email by mistake in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; In settings i put outlook email as default by mistake.     In settings i put outlook email as default by mistake. It says there is a wayto "reset" but I don't see it. I would like to remove it from this list. That's all.How do i do that please?I have attached a snip from where i want it removed. Thank you

    MS Outlook 2007 set up mistake

    Firstly
    Reason for my quote “it hasn’t” is self explanatory, when I used a method suggested here to fully remove office from my PC , although at the end of downloading app’ and running it it quoted that office had been completely removed/uninstalled from my PC, when I went back to programs it hadn’t been removed it was still there!
    Secondly
    With regards your list of things to do.
    I got to adding a new account and deleting old one but it wouldn’t let me make another the same, I then made another using the other method (pop3) but this wouldn’t work.
    I tried deleting old one again but still wouldn’t let me (although it had no issues with deleting new one), I then went into the ‘change’ tab where I found all the settings and changed the bit I messed up in the first place (putting L: [email protected] instead of mail.plus.net), saved and exited.
    This never worked either in fact it made matters worse as when I tried opening outlook a small box came up and said “configuring account” but would sit like that as long as I’d leave it, then if I clicked anywhere outlook would lock and have to be closed with task manager.
    Then did another UN-install from add/remove to try and at least get back to where I was but still can’t get into outlook

    email will not set as a default

    I just got windows 10 and I can't get either of my 2 email accounts to set as the default. I am trying to get either Windows Mail or Windows Outlook to be my default but neither will work. I have gone to control panel, set defaults, but the only mail
    listed in the defaults list is Windows Mail. I have set it as the default but when I try to send a picture via email it tells me there is no default email account. (in the default list it shows Windows Mail as being the default mail) If I right click on
    a photo in My Pictures folder I can't use the feature there to send a photo with email either. I finally decided to open a Outlook account to see if that would work but it is not in the list of defaults to choose from. Help! I have tried for days to do
    this. The emails work good for mail but as I said, I can't send a photo.

    The screen shot looks like that's where she would CREATE a new group. What is on the "Send/Receive" tab?
