Windows 10: Set paint file as folder backgrounds

Is it possible to have Windows use a .PNG file from Paint instead of the standard white background for a specific folder? I'm talking about editing the white space seen below when I open this specific folder.

  Open Paint.

  Under Home Tab, Click on Fill with color.
  
• 
  Select the black color, and now click on blank page below.
  
• 
  Now the background will be in black color.
  
• 
  Select Brushes under Home tab and select yellow color.
  
• 
  Then you will be able to write word and Figures in yellow color.

• Press Windows logo key + I key.
• Click on Personalization.
• Under Background dropdown menu, select slideshow.
