Windows 10: set reddit app as default

Discus and support set reddit app as default in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i cannot for the life of me find a way to set reddit app as default to open reddit links instead of my browser on win11. it's not showing in the search...     i cannot for the life of me find a way to set reddit app as default to open reddit links instead of my browser on win11. it's not showing in the search bar in default apps.

    How to set Microsoft Photos App as default

    Hello,

    We understand the issue you are facing and will assist you.

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Navigate to Start>Settings>System.
    • In the left pane, click on Default Apps.
    • In the right pane, click on Choose default apps by file type.
    • Set the default App to open .jpg files and check for status.

    Not Getting Notifications from Reddit App

    I have the reddit app installed on my Windows 11 PC and I don't get notifications from it. I have notifications enabled from my settings within the app. I looked at the notifications menu in Windows and don't see Reddit listed there. How can I enable notifications for this app please?

    I would suggest you to try the below steps and check whether you are able to make the Calendar as default.

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on System.
    • Select Default apps from the left pane.
    • Click on Choose default app by protocol at the bottom.
    • Select the Calendar and choose an app.
