Windows 10: Set up a new computer for my organization, it is now requesting a password that does not...

We've hired new salespeople at my company and I set up their computer. I used an organization email, everything went well, but after the computer went to sleep, it woke up requesting a password to enter the user. Thing is, no one knows what that password is. I tried using the password to the associated organization email but it results in "Wrong password" I attempted to instead go into the .\administrator user to bypass this and it tells me that the user has been disabled and to speak to my system manager. We have no idea how to enter the computer now. I've attempted to enter via Safe Mode, us

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.

You can reset your password following the next steps:

• Reboot your computer / Turn your computer on.
• Hold down the Shift key at the start of the boot process to enable the GNU GRUB boot menu (if it does not show)
• Press ESC at the GNU GRUB prompt.
• Press e for edit.
• Use the Arrow keys to highlight the line that begins with kernel and press the e key.
• Go to the very end of the line and add rw init=/bin/bash
• Press Enter and then press b to boot your system.
• Your system will boot up to a passwordless root shell.
• Type in passwd yourusername
• Set your new password.
• Restart your system.
