Windows 10: Set up loop

So i just reset my window 10 factory settings and after everything was done the start up screen shows up. After that it says “we cannot start up your pc properly, updates need to be downloaded”. So i did and click on next and it jumps to a just a moment loading screen, after the loading the pc reset and back to the set up page again like a loop

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
