Windows 10: Set up new HP Envy 17t-cr00 with Microsoft account but cannot log back into computer

I bought a new HP Envy 17t-cr00 on Amazon for work. I powered it up and set it up as a work computer and logged into my Microsoft Office 365 account as prompted through the set up. The only username and password entered is what is linked to my Office account. Everything works great, I add all my 365 apps and can log into everything as normal. I lock my computer and when I go to log back in I see my picture that is linked through 365 and my name as expected. I type in my Office 365 password and it says it is incorrect. I reset my password, no luck. I do a factory reset on the computer, no cha

Do you need a wireless mouse for HP envy 17t

Just purchased a HP Envy 17t....there is no port for a mouse....I have to purchase a wireless blue tooth mouse.

 

HP ENVY audio

Any answers yet on no audio from speakers, jacks and internal microphone??? I have the HP ENVY 17t-3200 CTO the only way I can get audio in or out is with a USB to 3.5mm jack device. This problem started after the July 2016 win-10 update. I have tried
all listed fixes nothing worked. Seem like thousands of people out there have some variation of of this problem.

 

HP Envy Laptop Battery not charging after Windows 10 installation

I suggest you to un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.
• Restart the computer and check.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to visit HP Envy website and check whether HP has released any firmware updates for Windows 10. If so, please go ahead and install them and check with the issue.
