E-mail-Road Runner is not working on Mail app on Windows 10.

I upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 and spent a couple of days trying to synch my Road Runner email account Windows mail app for Windows 10. Waste of time!!! This suggestion worked I downloaded Windows Live Essentials and only selected the mail
portions not messenger or other programs. I logged in with my live.com id and password and now I have my old email program which was synched with my Road Runner email account already. So...... something is not right with Windows 10 Mail app in my opinion.

What I just did to get the Windows 10 mail software to retrieve and sync my Road Runner email account was that I set the
incoming port setting to
pop.roadrunner.com:110 and the outgoing port to
smtp.roadrunner.com:587.

Make sure to uncheck the SSL requirement boxes too. You can find other settings at http://www.timewarnercable.com/en/s...lacco/incoming-outgoing-server-addresses.html .

- I just selected POP3 (or Advanced settings) and Copy & Pasted the Incoming and Outgoing settings with the colons and port numbers, just as shown above.
