Windows 10: Setting APN for any SIM in Windows 10

Hi All,

I have a CPU: Intel Atom® x5-E3930 dual core 1.8GHz with a miniPCI Quectel Cellular.

I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 64 bit as Operating System.

All the drivers are installed and working.

I need to set an APN that must be the default for every SIM inserted.


I follow the instruction under

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...pn-lost-after-sim-change-or-mbn-adapter-error to create a new provisioning package.

After the creation and the installation of the package the connection works fine, but if i change the sim, the APN is lost.


Any suggestion how to make the APN valid for all the sim inserted ?

LTE APN Problems


So I bought a HP Spectre X2 with LTE
It was designed for Verizon but the Amazon Listing says Supports T Mobile

I put the SIM In. And it works shows T Mobile and everything is fine.

Then if I reinstalled Windows or Update. Or ANY change to the OS. The LTE no longer works. It will show T Mobile. It will go back and forth between Activating and Applied

And if I try and connect it says Enter APN No APN Found

I've had To Mobile on the phone. Threw various APNs in. And Nothing

There is an APN there but it just won't work. Something is getting messed up and I really love this tablet and want the LTE to work

Please help

i am unable to delete sim 1 apn settings and also sim 2 not working when ever i turn on my sim 2 net that is reliance one. plzz do reply me and write down step by step i need it badly plzz.....
