Windows 10: setting multiple touch monitors

My question is. Why has Microsoft moved or removed the option to calibrate touch to a non primary monitor? I have two touch monitors. secondary is turned like a tablet, and only the primary can be used for touch. I once had it set up, but it has reverted back and can no longer set up a second monitor that is Not Primary.

Please if anyone answers I ask you to validate first. I have already searched and anything that shows like calibrate in pen and touch no longer exists in win. 10

touch monitor not working

1. monitor:
   • Panasonic touch-screen monitor.(interactive white board)
   • connected with pc running on windows 7 proffessional.
   • upon turning on it says "touch screen detected" and "touch control transferred to local device."
2. PROBLEM :
   • Touch screen is not present under Device manager>HID.
   • Device manager > monitor shows "generic non-pnp monitor".
   • Pen-and touch settings are missing from control panel.
   • even though monitor supports the touch screen windows says "pen or touch input is not available for this display. "

 

How to set touch screen monitor without having to physically touch the screen.

Upon researching, I see that this could be done by altering the primary monitors and configuring the touch setup. I would suggest you to have a look in the Control Panel and see if you find an option.

• Open Control Panel and navigate to
  Display > Resolution.
  
• Set the touch monitor as the primary one and open
  Tablet PC settings.
  
• Choose Setup and configure your pen and touch displays.
  
• Choose Enter to skip touch to indicate which screen is your touch screen.
  
• Open Screen Resolution settings again and change the primary display.

Multi USB touch monitor wrong cursor

I have two USB touch monitor (As Primary HDMI and Secondary VGA);
As every time reboot, then secondary monitor touch will be wrongly go through to at the same to primary monitor display,

The main problem is after reset the tablet PC touch from control panel is work but reboot again likely loose the setting. Does any have other suggestion for solve the problem?
