Windows 10: Setting switchable dynamic graphics to maximize performance prevents win10 from booting up.

To resolve the issue that prevented java programs from starting error 1114 I set the switchable dynamic graphics to maximize performance. It resolved that issue but at the next boot up the computer is stuck on a loop going from a blue screen to a black screen. I can see and move the cursor, which intervallatingly shows the loading symbol.

Why does this happen? Are the graphic cards too weak or old?

Switchable Graphic not working for Acer Aspire 4820TG notebook with Core i3

I have Acer Aspire 4820TG notebook with Core i3 (Intel HD Graphics) and AMD Mobility Radeon HD 50470. I have a option in BIOS for Switchable Graphic Mode, Switchable or Dynamic, in Windows 7 I had the "Configure Switchable Graphics"
options once right clicked on Desktop and it had option for switching automatically while plugged in or on battery.

I updated my laptop to “Windows 10 Home” through windows update. Now with the new Windows I can't manually switch between AMD Graphics and Intel power save graphics.

I selected Maximize Performance in both Plugged In and Battery, restarted and before Login Screen the screen starts to flash repeatedly for 15-20 seconds then message pops that
loginui.exe failed. I restarted several time, same issue, had to go into the BIOS and switch to Dynamic mode , after restart Widows chose the AMD card but know I cant switch to power save mode (Intel Graphic).

I have the latest Catalyst and Intel graphics driver for Windows 10 64-bit and Windows update is also up-to-date.

Is there a way to get the switchable mode to work?

This is the explicit text in HP's summary of fixed and dynamic switching.

Depending on the model, HP computers with Intel and ATI switchable graphics will operate in one of two modes:
Dynamic Mode or Fixed Mode. Earlier models supported Fixed Mode while later models support Dynamic Mode.
Using the Fixed Mode drivers on a computer that supports Dynamic Mode will not work. Using Dynamic Mode drivers on a computer that supports Fixed Mode switchable graphics will not work. For the best performance
in all configurations, keep your graphics drivers and software updated. See
