Windows 10: setting to have taskbar labels for windows 11??

Is there just genuinely no setting for this? or is it something i'm not seeing. I searched through the taskbar settings for over 30 minutes.. I honestly don't even want windows 11 but this computer came with it installed already since my cousin built it for me. so is it just not an option?? does it not exist?? I desperately need taskbar labels for accessibility reasons and windows 11 is doing horrible by all accounts that this feels like a last straw kind of things

• Under Combine Taskbar Buttons, choose

• Right click on your taskbar.
• Select on Settings.
• On the pop-up window, look for the Combine taskbar buttons option.
• Click on the drop-down arrow and choose Always, hide labels.
• Once done, you can now close the settings window.
