    Setting up a Windows 10 2004 network

Very simple. I have four PCs, all but one Win 10, one Win 7. Connected wired or wifi.
These computers all see some of the others on the network. Actually Win 7 does best, most of the time...
Is there a simple description somewhere of how to make all these computers see each-other's files. Security not an issue in my setup.
This info should apply to the latest Win 10 and Win 7.
There are so many articles online and either they do not correspond to what I find in Win 10 latest 2004 edition or the suggestions do not cure the problem.
    Many thanks,

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Group Policy Settings Reference Spreadsheet Windows 10 version 2004

To add to OilerNut's post, in Group Policy Settings Reference Spreadsheet Windows 10 version 2004 - TenForums the GPA setting Always use custom logon background is listed [row 2520] as being in the Registry at
    HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System!UseOEMBackground
    so perhaps
    - that linked procedure still works, or
    - there is a way of setting this item up manually.

I do not use Pro so this is no more than a suggestion.
