Windows 10: Setting up donated laptop

Received a laptop from a school program that had been donated by a local company. The laptop has been reset. Select US and US keyboard, skip 2nd keyboard and then enter local network password. It then ask for a company email. I downloaded a fresh copy of windows 10 and loaded it but it still comes up asking for a company email address. Tried to not connect to internet but there is not an option to bypass. Is there a way to bypass this company email?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
