Windows 10: Setting up LAN

I will be receiving a new computer shortly with Win 10 already installed. Computer does not have DVD drive.
If I have to set up an internet connection using LAN to router I would appreciate an how to please.

-> Yes, it is possible. One way consists of having the same account name & password on each PC. You then need to right-click the folder(s) to be shared and follow the red line in this screen shot. You can even share
a whole drive.

 

Setting up an LAN or Workgroup with different versions of Windows.

I have 3 computers in the house, 2 with Windows 10 & my old one with Windows 7. I would like to get them on a workgroup or a Local Area Network. Workgroup doesn't work so can anyone tell me if it is possible to set up a Local Area Network for all 3,
if so how?

 

It should be dead simple if you have ethernet cable plug it in thats it your done if its wireless it should show wireless choose your enter password your done

 

Ethernet is plug and play
