    Hello, I have been setting up multiple New computers for my company using the same @outlook account for all the new pc's we get. the problem i am having is it always trys to sync the One drive on every pc usually even if I hit do not sync it eventually does anyway lol. as well as it shares all the password info from Bing that users save. i have disabled the Sync on one of the systems and removed the saved password list from the pc. i am not sure if this is just local or will it affect all systems using the current account. My Company uses 365 accounts for every user but named account do not w

    Outlook Exchange, Gmail account in Outlook, sync contacts possible?

    I have Office 365, Outlook on Exchange and within Outlook I also have have 2 Gmail accounts (IMAP).
    Currently I am using a 3rd party tool to sync contacts (exporting to and importing from vCards) so as to sync contacts and have them available on smartphone devices.

    The vCards method works well, requiring a number of steps though.

    It is a (very)long shot, I know, but given the Outlook and Gmail accounts are within the same application, is there no way to automatically sync those details?

    SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



    He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:



    • he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
    • he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
    • he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;
    If you guys can help me would be nice!

    I have a new Windows phone and a new windows account - tried to sync with my existing outlook (not exchange), but instead of syncing, it created a 2nd (empty) calendar and a separate contact list in outlook
