    Setting up my new PC side by side and I think MS account doesn't like tht ive signed in on...


    Setting up my new PC side by side next to the old one will I transfer files etc, and I think MS account doesn't like that ive signed in also on the new PC, cant log in anymore, but I still can on the old PC, what is the problem?Please help!

    my sign in options doesn"t open in settings.

    Hii, my sign in options doesn"t open in settings. everything else works fine in settings. i just want to change sign in from password to passcode . It was working very good before. After new update in last month, it stopped working and after update it
    asked me to relogin but did not gave me the option to set 4 digit passcode .

    Switch laptop sign in from MS account to Local Account questions

    That sounds like a great idea. Ive had a bit of a rethink on this. I'm thinking now about sticking with a Microsoft account sign-in on my PC (obviously this is administrator account). Bearing in mind what you said about people getting locked out of their accounts/PC's I will create a Local Account in my name and make that an Administrator Account as well. Is there any harm in leaving them both as Administrator Accounts? I don't plan on using the Local User Account at all unless I ever have an emergency and get locked out of my Microsoft Account and cant log into my PC. Then I can use the Local account as a way of signing into my PC. Have I understood what you suggested correctly?..is that the reason you suggest creating a Local Account as well as the Microsoft Account that is used to log in to the PC?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
