    Setting up new laptop but once it comes to setting up Microsoft 365 it’s getting stuck?...


    New laptop. All setup worked well until it came to Microsoft 365.The laptop comes preinstalled with a subscription and also Microsoft 365. I click got it and then it takes me to a plain blue screen, I’ve left it for a few hours in case it was finishing updates/ instal etc but nothing is working.

    Brand new Laptop stuck upon first run, cannot complete configuration past the "Microsoft 365" point

    Hi, I have purchased a brand new laptop, it's a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 3 11.

    I have turned it on and completed every step of the first configuration (wifi, email login, location services, etc.), however when I get to the point described as "Microsot 365 comes with your device" I am being asked whether I want to agree to Microsoft providing me with the full access to this software or "NOT NOW".

    Whether I click on "Confirm" or "Not now" the process is unable to proceed and I can see an empty blue page. The only thing I am allowed to do is click on the back arrow and go back to the MS 365 screen. I have tried to change my choice but the outcome is the same. I have rebooted the laptop several times, which means that I need to start the configuration process from zero, but I always get stuck to this step.

    Please help.
