Windows 10: Settings and Searchbar not functioning after installation.

Installed a windows 10 v1903 via a ISO file this afternoon. after installation the,Windows key, when pressed, does not respond.when opening the Settings app, it crashes almost immediately.Question:1. Could windows be corrupted during installation? i am trying to install from a different ISO at the time of posting.2. What can i do to fix it?an app that i use does not work well with 20H2 and 21H1, hence im reverting to 1903. but since its over the 10 days revert date, i have to download the ISO from https://archive.org/details/windows-10-1903-x-64.Thanks for all answers

Searchbar and settings unclickable

I've checked all the drivers, its a custom PC so it doesn't have a maker. it isn't to do with the fact i cant physically click it, its just when i have done, it then immediately focuses on the next option, like i am pressing tab. i have to double click rapidly
in order to access a setting, and i am unable to type as the focus of the searchbar is replaced by the next option on the page

this shows me clicking on the searchbar then it focuses on the personalization option

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Searchbar issues.

So i'm re-installing Windows 10 after a few issues were happening with my computer. After installation i went to attempt to use my search bar, and encountered some issues. When using the searchbar, if typing something and a Microsoft software appears in
the searchbar, I'm unable to type any further and specify my search. Looking on the internet led me to different problems that other people were having, but not my own.
