Windows 10: Settings App crashes when i scroll down in "Add an optional feature" list

So I was just checking out what the settings had to offer in Windows and came upon the optional features category, after clicking it and clicking the "view features" part on the right side, i had scrolled down and suddenly, the entire settings would crash.From what I've noticed, just scrolling down two times does the trick, and im not sure why it always happens when i do. Anything below "Japanese Supplemental Fonts" Is just an instant crash, and I've tried searching up random letters in the search bar yet it also crashes. Any ideas?I've already tried these three commands running cmd as admin

This feature is already a part of Windows since it was installed on our computer. You can change your device settings by following the steps below:

• Type-in Mouse in the search bar.
• Click on Mouse & touch pad settings.
• From this page, you will be able to check for different mouse options.
  
• Select Additional mouse options to view the advanced mouse settings.
• Go to Wheel to get to the scrolling feature.
