Windows 10: Settings app freezes and wont activate Windows 11 Pro

I just bought a refurbished laptop with Windows 11 Pro and was in the process of setting it up for the first time. Everything was going good until I tried to activate Windows in the Settings app. Every time I click anything regarding Activation, the app freezes and the only thing I can do is close the app. I tried to access the Activation Troubleshooter about I can't even open that tab without Settings freezing. I have tried resetting and restarting the Settings App, and I even went so far as to reset the computer itself back, but nothing helped. Any help would be much appreciated.

Settings app Freezes when trying to activate Windows 11

So I recently have a problem with the Settings app when I try to activate Windows 11
The Settings app just Freezes when clicking anything that redirects me to the activation setting
It just freezes, it doesn't crash
The Close, Fullscreen, and minimize buttons still work but it just freezes the entire app whenever I try to activate Windows

I tried all the solutions I found but none of them work

I tried resetting the settings app (doesn't work)
Checking for viruses/malware (Nothing found with a Windows Defender Offline Scan)
Restarting My PC (doesn't work)
Booting into another OS to troubleshoot Windows (doesn't work)
I tried activating with PowerShell Admin but it freezes
I tried with CMD Admin but the same thing happens as if I did it with PowerShell

I also tried to activate a Virtual Machine I use for testing viruses and malware with an old Windows 11 Key and it worked so it indicates I have something wrong with my system

That's all I tried for now

So I'm planning to downgrade to windows 10 to fix another problem I'm having with the Your Phone app and Microsoft Store found here

 

Windows 11 pro activation

I recently upgrade my windows 11 home to 11 pro, I entered the wrong license key, now it wont activated.

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
