Windows 10: Settings blocked by non-displayed organisation

So on my Windows 10 laptop, i have an administrator account and no displayed organisation, but some more or less weird settings are still locked by my organisation, like certain notification settings, i cannot enable manually battery saver mode, i cannot link my phone, i cannot change region/display language/time manually, and more misc stuff like that but the main thing is that i cannot link my microsoft account. I tried following this : https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/3262871?msgid=3283941 and restarted after but it didn't work. It was given by an organisation but there wasn'

Windows spotlight not displaying vote button + "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation"

On Windows 10 with the Fall Creators Update, I was seeing spotlight background pictures on the lock screen, but while my home device would show a voting button and useful information about the picture, my work laptop would skip that part and display the password prompt.

Other threads suggested

1. Opening the Settings app
   
2. Go to Personalization > Lock Screen
   
3. Change Background from Windows Spotlight to Picture.
   
4. Change it back.
   

Only, this interface was also showing the error message "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" and didn't allow chaging the Background setting.

Display settings

To reset the settings back to default, follow these steps:

• Go to your desktop, right click and select Display Settings.
• Choose the appropriate settings from the options under Display.
