Windows 10: Settings broken

So, my relative was playing with my computer, when she started messing around and messed up all my settings. I can't switch windows unless with Alt + Tab shortcut, and my Desktop screen format has changed. There is also 3 new unwanted icons on my task bar. Could you help me? Thanks.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Fixed fan controls yes. Annoying profiles yes. Buggy code yes.

I'd rather just set it and forget it as the feature list of RBE suggested it was capable of doing.
