Windows 10: Settings changed back after restart my laptop and short cut for switching the input method...

I noticed I cannot change the input method at the beginning so I tried several ways, then I found reinstalling the second language works. I restarted my laptop and it seems the issue reappear.

1. Click on start menu and select control panel.

2. Click on language.

3. Click on advanced settings.

4. Under “Switching input methods” click on
Change language bar hot keys

5. Under “Advanced key settings” tap/click on
Change key Sequence…

6. Select Not Assigned and click ok then
apply.

Follow the steps below and check if it works:

• 
  Press Windows key + X
  and click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Clock, Language, and Region.
  
• 
  Click on Language and then click on
  Advanced settings.
  
• 
  Under the section ‘Switching input methods’ click on
  Change language bar hotkeys.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced key settings tab and then click on button
  Change Key Sequence and then choose from a list
  Switch Keyboard Layout your desired LEFT ALT + SHIFT hotkey.
  
• 
  Click on Save and then check if issue persists.
  

If issue still persists, I suggest you to use Windows key + Space and check if it works.

Switching between Language Input Methods

When I use the Chinese input method, it switches me back to English every time I press the space bar. Then when I press the space bar again I am back to Chinese. I don't understand how this works... How does anyone type in another language without using
the space bar? Why is the space bar used in switching input methods? Windows 8 never gave me this problem... I tried to change the key sequence in Advanced settings but it doesn't stop the space bar from constantly switching my input methods. Someone plz tell
me how to change it!
