    Settings completely broken, starts up, but no settings work.


    So im going to set up a double monitor set up and wanted to change the displays on the monitors. I open settings and it looks different than usual. Its all white and just has a search bar in the top middle. I type in the search and it brings up the prompts. But the prompts just take me straight back to the settings page. It just seems off and ive tried so many different things like cleaning through command prompt, powershell, and uninstalling and reinstalling windows update I think, but none of them work for this issue. Settings completely broken, starts up, but no settings work. 191360f3-4334-4c6a-aa18-4752317d468f?upload=true.png But like i said before i tried to do a double monitor setup, but i tried with a graphics card and intel integrated graphics at the same time. The monitors both worked fine but i believe i lost most control to settings. It could be an intel problem but i went back into bios and disabled it and the dual monitors but nothing changed.

    Settings links broken


    Looks like some of the links in Windows Settings are broken (I think they only broke after the Anniversary Update). If anyone knows how to fix this it would be most welcome.

    • In Settings>System>About, clicking "Device Manager" at the bottom of the page results in an error:

    • Every link to Device Manager in Settings gives the same error
    • System>Display>Advanced Display Settings>Color Management, Color Calibration, ClearType text, and Display adapter properties give an error
    • Devices>Mouse and Touchpad>Additional mouse options: error again
    • Network & Internet>Change adapter options: error
    • Probably many more links are broken, I didn't bother to check.
    Seriously, WTF Microsoft. And I'm usually the one who never has any problems with Windows, so this must be serious.

    Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
