Windows 10: Settings dont run from every where

Discus and support Settings dont run from every where in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; my settings dont run from any where,when i tried to open settings its just apear a windows for a second but dont display any thing when i RC on...     Settings dont run from every where


    my settings dont run from any where,when i tried to open settings its just apear a windows for a second but dont display any thing

    when i RC on desktop and select "Display settings" i get this error :

    ms-settings : display

    this file does not have ....


    i run sfc and dism but the problem not fix.

    i cant find any solution on the community.


    my os info :


    windows 10 version 1809 (os build 17763.134)

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Games running worse on new PC? (Max Payne 3 horrible framerate on Skylake 6700k)

    but running heaven will be of NO use if You dont follow the steps listed above.(just making sure)
    you need to rule out Drivers as a source, then move on from there. Also is the 970 in the top PCI lane?

    Where is this setting?: I'm fairly sure this is a Windows 10 setting. When I drag my mouse off screen in the bottom right corner, all windows close and I get my desktop wallpaper. I'd like to switch it off. Looked in many places but so far haven't found it. -- Terry, East Grinstead, UK 65676
