Windows 10: Settings File System Error on Windows 11 -789839862

Recently whenever I try to open my settings app, it doesn't work, so I tried opening it through the run app and opening "ms-settings:", but it doesn't work, all the while giving me error code -789839862. Occasionally, at the startup of my PC, I can open the settings app, but any other times after that won't let me open it. It works fine, but it's opening it that's the problem.Below is a screenshot of what I see when I try to open it through the run app. I couldn't find anything about this error code online. Is there any way to fix this, or do I need to reset my PC?I ran antivirus scans with

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Kindly follow the below given methods and check if issue is resolved.

Method 1:

This issue may occur due to some system file corruption.
I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

Sign-out from the current User account and sign in to new User account and check.
