Windows 10: settings in win 11

I am new to Win 11. It ran well for 2 weeks but now cannot do anything in Settings. When I select a topic on the Settings page I have choices and I can change those choices. When I select a choice, like Apps or one of the others available, more choices in that category appear. But, when I make a selection from those sub-choices, all those sub-choices exit to the left and the Settings screen is frozen. I tried something I found online but it didn't help. That effort was to right click Start and select RUN. Then enter POWERSHELL. Once that opened enter 'Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrol

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?
