Windows 10: settings issue not showing update

Discus and support settings issue not showing update in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am on windows 11 and I've been having this issue for the past few days now and I though nothing of it at first as I thought it would fix itself but...     settings issue not showing update


    I am on windows 11 and I've been having this issue for the past few days now and I though nothing of it at first as I thought it would fix itself but it has been 3 days and it hasn't fixed so I have looked around I have looked at fixes non has worked, I've tried resetting my device but it fails and I can't do anything to fix it, but this issue is also affecting other apps I have downloaded off Microsoft store as I can no longer open it as it just is on a endless loop on the loading screen, I've tried so much now I don't know what to do, similar image to my issue I had to make a link like this
