Windows 10: Settings managed by an organisation even though I am not related to an organisation

Yesterday I saw that I can't toggle on widgets in win11. It's saying "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"As of now I can't find any other account on my laptopNo other settings has been greyed outMy account is not related to any organizationI ran the antivirus and no threatsWhat do I do nowI'm on Win 11 22H2 KB5037771.Previously I tried getting help on discord and found that 2 more people have the same problem

How do I remove the "some of these settings are being managed by your organisation" statement in Windows 10 21H2. i have not set one up and this is a personal computer. I've tried steps 2 and 5 from this article and it doesn't work. I can't use Group Policy Editor as I don't have the Professional edition of Windows 10.

I got issue at customer where no-one can change the "set time automatically"feature to be disabled on Win 10 1511.If they change dates it jumps back by itself.Does anyone know how to disable this from happening if it says "Some settings are managed by your organisation "and greyed out

I need maybe the gpedit steps to do this or registry key to change.It never happened to Win 7 pc's in domain.I did try changing group policy in domain server but still the same
