Windows 10: Settings not saving/crashing when I try to modify proxy settings windows 11

I recently upgraded to windows 11 and have had two issues with my proxy settings.1: "Automatically detect settings" is turned off and unable to turn on If I close settings or click off of proxy settings and re-open it hasn't saved This same issue also happens with proxy server settings when I put proxy server info in there and save it doesn't actually save2: When I click on "Use setup script" and modify anything at all the settings app will freeze then close and nothing will be saved.

To set up a proxy server in Windows 10, you may follow the following steps.

• Press the Windows key and I to open
  Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Proxy you can either Automatically set up a proxy or
  Manual set up a proxy server.
