Windows 10: settings on Word

I recently bought a refurbished HP tower with Window 10 and 30 days free Office 365. My previous tower had Windows 7 but finally died. I created a new document on Word and tried to set the spacing to single space in the body of the document. I was not able to do this on the task bar, although it appeared to be single space but instead it was 1-1/2 spacing and I couldn't find where I could change the settings other than on the task bar. I also needed to go from single to double in some areas of the document but cannot do so. Where do I go to set spacing, margins, etc. on documents?

I understand that you want to disable word suggestions when you type any word. I’ll certainly help you with the steps.



To disable text suggestions, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Devices, and click on
   Typing on the left pane.
   
3. Now, under Typing toggle the switch to off for
   Show text suggestions as I type on the software keyboard.
   
4. Under Hardware keyboard, toggle the switch to on for
   Show text suggestions as I type.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
