Windows 10: settings out of date

I have trouble with an annoying pop up that announces "your Yahoo account settings are out of date" . This on a month old HP computer with Windows Ten . I cannot find out how to repair it in layman's terms . Thank You ,

Outlook Out of date Settings

Step 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
