Windows 10: Settings screen of Win10Home is always on night mode and can't be switched off

I've got a PC with Win10Home. OF all screens only the settings gear screen is in night mode all other windows /Apps are normal . Trying to switch on/off doesn't do anything. At daylight the screen is really hard to read. Edition: Windows 10 Home Version: 22H2Installed on: 04/‎10/‎2021OS build: 19045.3448Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19044.1000.0 Any help will be appreciated!!

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Night Mode

Hi David,

Additional information will give us a clarity to your concern. We would like to know if you are referring to Night Light. If yes, follow these steps to turn off the Night Light:

• Open Settings.
• Click on System.
• Make sure that you are on Display tab, and then toggle the
  Night Light option to Off.
• Click on Night light settings.
• Click on Turn off now button.

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.
