Windows 10: settings screen

Discus and support settings screen in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; In all the time I have had win 10, this screen has never worked, at least on browser default.     Need help with laptop when sleeping/opening laptop lid.

    Hey,

    I have an issue with my laptop, after an update, whenever I open my laptop lid or try to wake my my computer from sleep the screen is distorted and just shows static. I have tried reinstalling recently installed updates however this hasn't fixed the issue.
    When this happens I have to hold the power button to turnoff my laptop to then turn back on my laptop for me to use it. It may not be an issue dealing with the update however this is when this issue started to occur. My warranty is expired. Please Help.

    Do not worry, you will not have to keep going there forever, MS plans to remove old control panel. *Rolleyes
    This thing sometimes works, sometimes not, but it is getting better, lets hope Creators update will fix that.

    Does the browser have a setting that informs the OS? And/or perhaps, there is more than one 3rd-party browser installed?

    I use one: Pale Moon. And recently, I had to play with different installed versions of it. This confused the OS somehow and I got the nagging default question. But the setting within Pale Moon shut down the nagging.
