Settings telling me my PC is managed by an organization when it's not

Hello!I recently tried to join the Windows 11 Insider Program and the settings application told me that I had to change my diagnostic data to get the releases... but it says that the setting is managed by an organization and that I can't change it. I bought this computer myself, it's my own personal one. I don't understand... Microsoft online Support took a while and had me on hold for 20 minutes with no response so I just left the chat.Wondering if anyone here can help me. This also goes for a few other privacy settings like Inking and Typing. If nobody can help, I'll just call Microsoft dire

    :)

Some settings are managed by my organization?

A long while ago, when Win 10 privacy concerns were new, I ran some kind of utility that claimed to stop like 20 violations with one step. Fast forward to today, and I go to do Windows Update, and it tells me in red font color "*Some settings are managed by your organization" - well, I don't have an organization, I'd just like to get Windows Update back to normal. Any idea how?

“Some settings are managed by your organization”

I am totally frustrated with this issue: "Some settings are managed by your organization"! My organization is me. I have tried all the "fixes that don't work" and I cannot get rid of this. Someone Microsoft must know how to delete this, pita issue
but please don't tell me to go to gpedit.msc and try all the suggested changes because none of them work. PO'd windows user!!

    managed by your organization

    - none are listed in that manner in the registry for anything.

The link to that message is simply that a key can be changed by Group Policy and is accessible by that means. There is nothing intrinsic or visible about the keys themselves that would tell you by inspection alone that the key can be changed by setting a Group Policy.
