Windows 10: Settings update is blank

I want to check if there is an update in my PC. I have Windows 10 21h2. I go to settings and Windows update all I can see is blank page with nothing on it. I cant click on anything. All other sub section of settings are working fine but not this windows update section. It is plain white and nothings on it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
