Windows 10: settings window opens automatically

Discus and support settings window opens automatically in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Dear All, I have an issue that started after installing updates KB5027119 and KB5027231, but I am not sure if it is related to these updates or not....     Dear All, I have an issue that started after installing updates KB5027119 and KB5027231, but I am not sure if it is related to these updates or not. The issue is whenever I start downloading a file from the internet, the windows settings window always opens. My laptop is Lenovo Flex 5 working on Windows 11 version 22H2 and I always keep it up to date. Can anyone help me.

    Resolution Suggestion:

    # To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

    A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

    1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

    2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

    3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

    4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

    6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

    7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    The automatic window pop-up in Outlook is designed to make it easier for you to quickly write and send an email. To isolate your concern, we'd like to know the following information:

    • Which version of Outlook are you using?
    • Have you installed the latest update on your computer?

    To check for the latest update, go to Windows Update by clicking
    Start > Settings > Update & security and click Check for updates. It will scan and install all the latest updates available for your device.

    On the other hand, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to set
    Open replies and forwards in a new window     automatically. To do this, open the
    Outlook app that you are using and click File >
    Options > Mail tab, scroll down and look for
    Replies and forward     section then tick the Open replies and forwards in a new window
    checkbox.
