Windows 10: settings wiped everytime i restart my computer

When my computer restarts, all of my pinned items on my start up menu, and when I click on the "file explorer" folder, it's changed all my quick access links to the "my PC" instead of folders under my user name. I'm not surprised that it logs me out of everything, but it changes all of my desktop settings and I also end up having to go in and update programs that I've just updated because it deleted them. why is it doing this?

Your report suggests that your installation has suffered some damage which prevents Windows from doing a reset. In such stubborn cases I would do this:

1. Create a new media installation disk:
   
   Windows 10 herunterladen
2. Run setup.exe on this disk.

It would wipe everything, including your data and all applications.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
