Windows 10: Setup after reset: how go back and add/choosing keyboard also Greek in addition to English...

I have resetted my Windows 11 Pro Laptop PC to give it to a relative, Well, now prompts to pick location & keyboard & language,... after choosing Cyprus/English and US English, if proceed some steps ahead, but get complete all steps, how go back and add/choosing keyboard also Greek in addition to English US...?I know can do later from settings but prefer do initially... well ...?

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• On which application are you trying to use Greek keyboard?

In the meantime, we suggest that you check your computer's Region & language if Greek is already added.

my problem is both languages in the bottom right corner of login screen have Greek keyboard. Even when I choose English I type Greek characters. I changed input method in English and when I restarted the PC I could only type in Greek. So I need somehow to
change the keyboard language in English back to English.

Perhaps"safe mode or something like that in order to bybass login screw and be able to go region settings. -language

This issue that started after the last Windows 10 update might be caused by software incompatibility. For us to better assist you, we would like to ask the following:

• How are you accessing the Greek accented letters on touch keyboard before?
• Are there any error messages displayed when trying to access the Greek accented letters?
• If possible, can you give us an example screenshot of the Greek accented letters?

Meanwhile, we need to make sure that the Greek keyboard is added on the language settings. To check if the Greek keyboard is added, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings
  icon.
• Choose Time & Language from the list.
• Select Region & language in the left pane of the window.
• Under Languages, make sure that the Greek keyboard is added.
